Hello Friend:
I was brought up in a nice little one
horse town called Limestone, in the
beautiful farm country of Maine’s
Aroostook County.
My artistic talent manifested itself
at an early age as a way to entertain
myself and amuse others. I was
encouraged by a few to pursue my god
given gift further, and for this I am
grateful. To this day I have fond
memories of that place and those
people. .........THANKS.
Today I live in the small fishing
village, resort town, of Kennebunkport.
I have a studio work-shop gallery,
where I paint and sell prints. One of
my paintings of Civil War General
Joshua L. Chamberlain had the high
honor of making it to the office of
Bill Cohen when he was Secretary
of Defense, by way of the Maine
Chapter of the Association of the
United States Army (A.U.S.A..)
Others are at a museum in Texas with
a few more in private hands.
I also create labels & package designs
for such products as Battleground Ale,
a line of beer for Maine’s Shipyard
Brewing Co. and Battleground Cigars
for the Connecticut Valley Tobacconist.
My advice to those people who pick up
the brush is very simple. “
Work at it.” Like anything you are only as good as
the time you spend with it.
GOOD-DAY, friend Ken
